Brand Design & Development

Wolseley Road is the most expensive street in Point Piper (Point Piper being one of the most sought-after harbour front suburbs in Sydney, Australia.) Admittedly, Wolsely Road would be the chosen name of this prestigious boutique development of twin townhouses by Capital Globe Australia - a total real estate development project worth over $30 million. Creatiq was up for the challenge.

Designed by the celebrated Ercole Palazetti, Wolseley Road townhouses (The Centauri and The Kentaurus) would be one of the most exclusive and prominent waterfront dwellings on the famed Sydney Harbour. However, the theme and execution of design was "understated luxury". Creatiq began the branding process by developing a comprehensive brand guide and elaborated with detailed stages of the purchasing and sales process, complete with distinctive Swarovski ® crystals for each resident owner.

Web Design & Development

A two-phase web series was put in place for the online aspect of the project. A tasteful but slimmed down version of the official site was launched first to gauge initial prospect interested and a database was put in place to record site visitors in preparation for the official website launch.

Both pre and official websites were designed in accordance with the detailed brand guide and only web-standard technologies were used to develop the site such as XHTML and CSS2. Imagery and animation (Flash) that were used on the website were kept extremely light weight, so that pages can be accessed from virtually any computer or web browser. The final product was an elegant, refined and understated luxurious look and feel.

Print Design & Production

Concurrently, an elaborate print campaign was underway, creatively inviting potential prospects to the website for registration. Additional print projects were designed and developed, which included flyers, pre-sales "teaser" brochure of the property and a high-end brochure was also in the works.

Creatiq continued with the launching of creative and strategic print campaigns, photography shoots, while simultaneously executing elaborate signboards (hoardings), which featured the exclusive Sydney Harbour. Impressively (but not surprisingly), before the actual high-end brochure could make it to print, the prominent Wolseley Road was purchased by the help of our branding, design and marketing efforts and of course with the assistance of the professional team of Capital Globe.
